Your default withdrawal method is set in the Payments tab. When you request a withdrawal, delislot sends the funds to this account. You can change your default method at any time, but the new setting applies only to future withdrawals—any pending withdrawal continues to the original account.
Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits. These vary by payment method and your account age. New accounts may have lower limits for the first 30 days. You can see your current limits in the Payments tab under each method. If you need to increase your limit, contact our support team through the in-app chat.
Security and Login History
The Security tab is where you change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and review your login history. We recommend updating your password every 90 days and enabling two-factor auth if you play frequently. Two-factor auth adds a second verification step when you log in from a new device—we send a code to your registered phone number or email.
Your login history shows every successful and failed login attempt, including the device type, location, and timestamp. If you see a login from an unfamiliar location, you can immediately log out all other sessions and reset your password. This is a quick way to secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access.
